I have a 2007 TRX 450R, and i have the motor apart for some transmission work and i was going to put a piston in it while it was tore down. I was planning to go with a wiseco 96mm 13:5:1. My question is will this piston work with out doing any cylinder work. The stock bore on a 2007 TRX is 96mm correct?

and as long as you haven't decked the head you should be able to run a crf head gasket to help bump your compression a little more..

13.5:1 with a crf gasket and good cam (hc2, or a 02 crf cam, or a hrc cam) will really wake it up with a good exhaust and air filter, you will be happy with the results

Alright thanks, see i didnt know if i could run the forged piston without doing some cylinder work. Thanks again, ready to get it back together for sure!!
