I use Kalgard Chain Kote, works like a charm and doesn't sling off.

That sounds like it would be kind of messy. Might sling off and would definitely attract dirt/grit.

I've tried all kinds of wonder chain lubes and so far THE best chain lube i've used is Honda HP Chain Lube with Moly. It sprays on wet for even coverage, but it completely dries and leaves a 100% non-tacky film. Does not sling one bit either. I've used lubes that didn't sling, but were sticky/tacky and attracted dirt...this doesn't do that. Moly (Molybdenum disulfide) is also a superior lube for high load metal to metal contact. Pretty much has everything you could want in a chain lube.

I just use whatever kind of "chain lube" we can find, no specific brand, usually just this stuff comes in a black/goldish bottle that says chain wax, think the brand starts with a M, seems to work.. I guess??

teflon based chain lube, goes on slightly wet and dries, will not attract dirt. best of all 3 bucks at walmart.

Don't get the liquid wrench lube there is sand stuck all over my chain. I usually use white lithium grease from napa. That teflon based stuff is the best.IMO

We like the Maxima chain guard or the Tilube chain lube. They don't sling off and sand doesn't stick.

Maxima chain gaurd and chain wax work, but my favorite I've found is Motul off-road chain lube.
