Just had it 6 days rear breaks keep locking up? I took in off all seems ok pads etc ? Son rides for 20 min comes to a hault rear end locks up. red hot let cool 20min repeats agian? Please help what to do kid gets pretty upset when he cant ride.haha...Thanks anyone who can shead light on problem

It's the master cylinder put a YFZ450 one on it and ride you can find them on Ebay for about $40. If you run it to long with the brakes locked up your belt will over heat and brake happened to ours in an XC race.

thank you guys. and FYI i talked to Tony at Apex he told me some thing he had never herd of problem with the rear breaks but he would look into it......3days ago no call!not a good way to do buisness

They know they have a problem. Terri sent me a master cylinder off of one of there race bikes and I have had no problems but I am putting the YFZ one on this week end. And so you know now the upper a-arms are soft and bend easy also the ball joints will bend if you run motor cross just FYI keep on the look out. I have a gusset kit that will be ready in a week or 2 for the a-arms.

Thats what we run some MX but not much .
