New pipe and jet kit for my 300

Hi, I have decided that I am going to get a new DG RACE slip on pipe. They seem to be a good slip on for a good price. I was just wondering how loud they are(watched a couple vids of em on 400s and didn't seem real loud), how much of a power boost they really give, and what size jets I should go with when I put this pipe on. Im pretty sure this is the pipe I will end up gettin but just wanted to know how everyone else's experiences are/were with this pipe.

the dg pipe i had broke... the bracket snapped off... not worth it in my personal opinion... but loudness dosnt mean power.. and jest you will have to experiment with it all depends on elevation and air pressures etc

They aren't that loud my friend has one on his 300ex. I wouldn't get a DG though, I personally like the HMF pro/race series slip on.

Ok, well the more I find out about this pipe, the more and more I think I should go with an fmf powercore. Not sure what im gonna go with yet, I'll keep y'all posted.

i had a powercore 4 nice pipe i really enjoy my white bros e series pipe now tho

Yeah someone I race with has a powercore, seems like a good pipe. I did look at the e series too but I couldn't find em real cheap anywhere.

Ok so my Gpa ordered the Dg RACE pipe yesterday. I'm gonna get an air filter and a dial a jet kit and see what kinda power we can get out of it. We'll just have to see how it works I guess..

Ok, so I got my Dg RACE pipe put on and tried it out today. Didnt do the jetting yet so I didn't ride it a whole lot, but it sounds amazing and I can feel a big power boost, very happy with it.
