I am having a problem with my 05 overheating. I race flattrack and it doesnt start pushing antifreeze till about lap 7 or 8 in an 8 lap heat. I dont run any more than i have to before i go to starting line. Need some help figuring out what is wrong. The motor is a 480 big bore, crf ignition, dase 43.5 carb and i have a big fluidyne radiator on it. thanks

how far are you filling up your overflow bottle, i never run mine past the low line when cold, it will push it out otherwise. you could also try running a higher pressure cap from CV4. or put a boyeseen supercooler or modquad impeller in it.
on my crf hybrid i put a billet pro desgin in line cooler. and on the other hose i have a billet esr temp gauge. could also put scoops on. use engine ice with water wetter coolant aid.have a billet impeller cover and a better impeller made by pro design i believe. here really is a lot of little things u can do to help bring it down a few degrees
