i have a 440 national motor built by curtis sparks racing, has the following done to it. This motor runs very strong.
national porting done by curtis sparks, titanium valves, ti retainers, hvy duty valve springs, hvy duty cam chain, carillo rod, hinson clutch, sparks racing x4 race cam, sparks racing 89mm piston. Has around 15-20 hrs on motor, right center case needs replacing, has small hairline crack,cases cracing is a very common issue with ex motors when putting out alot of hp. also a valve job wouldnt hurt. i suggest running with the motor the following for max hp, a sparks racing bigcore exhaust, 41 or 39mmfcr, good race gas like vp mrx01,$1000,obo need to sell asap, so txt 602-524-2469 for info/ make offer etc or pm, but txt for faster reply.
