So it's time to trash my old stock bars. Going to get some tags x 5. I was wondering what bend you all recommend. The stockers are a lil low for my liking I'm bout 6 foot tall and I have to slump over while standing to steer this beast. So what kind of bends do you use? What would you recommend? Also I was thinking on getting the mini racer high bend. Are the rc highs. Measures as follows


Mini racer highs:
Width-797, hieght-132, pull back-63

Rc high:
Width-802, hieght-119, pull back-54

Stock is supposed to be:
Width-790, hieght-105, pull back-90





So which one do you guys with expertise with different bars recommend.

mini racer ones would probably look pretty weird since they are narrow. I would probably go with the rc high or CR double highs if you want something just above the stockers.

I'm not sure what "bend" these bars are, as they were on it when I bought it. (maybe someone here can identify them).

On the cross bar bracket, there is a logo that looks like a capital letter "Q".

I am 6' tall and I am very comfortable and happy with them. They are as high as it could go, using the stock brake lines. (Notice that I even had to rotate the brake and clutch mounts pretty far forward / down)

@ Ron,
Those look good on there maybe somebody will come along and know what bend they are. Also the yellow 400ex is I think the best looking right along with the red then I'd have to say mine lol.

@Steve,
That's what I was thinking, you also run tags don't you are am I mistaken? If so can you slap a recent taken picture on here and tell me what bend they are?

Your numbers for the stock 400EX bars don't seem right. Stock 400 bars are tall bars. RC High's and Mini Racer's will be shorter by comparison.

I used to run Renthal 7/8" 400EX bend bars. They are pretty much on par with the stock bars. They have good height, but the problem is too much back sweep, which is not good for stand up aggressive riding. You will be in a lot less awkward of a position with a straighter bar. Here is their measurement:

Renthal 400EX bend:
w=790 (31.1)
h=142 (5.59)
sweep=98 (3.85)

Check out the TAG X5 in ATV RACER 7810-05 bend. A little bit taller with less sweep. If you need to go taller, buy a $20 set of Tusk bar risers:

h=150
sweep=75
