480 big bore

How reliable is a 480cc kit? Is it worth it while still using a stock head with hotcam stage 2

of course there reliable! but its more you then them! anyone can say stuff sux and will blow up. hoenst half the guys dont have a clue how to really take care of there bikes.
ive had falicon 530 for like 4 yrs now and its mint! 480 jug adnive never had a problem. im 40 plus champ for NEATV as well. so im not just slow and in back putting around. i hammer the bike when needed.
the big difference is i change the oil and filter after every race weekend and im a freak about my air filter!!! ive only ever run KandN and never will runny anything but!!!!

so its up to u but u have just as much input on how reliable ur bike will be

I don't even race mine I do more trail riding n field riding than anything. Would it be ok to still run an hrc exhaust? I really like to keep the noise level no louder than the hrc pipe so I don't wanna use aftermarket unless it will be a significant power loss

oh yuh no prob with the hrc..
tons of power . ice cubes are real nice but cost $$$$$
