Swing arm question

To you fellas running a 450r swing arm on there 400 ex what all do you need to swap out the 400ex swing arm for a 450 and is it worth it read the other posts already but they kind of just stopped lol. So any info would help.

I am runnin it, came with my bike...wouldn't recommend it...having to upgrade linkage with a custom built link to get correct ride height with full travel of rear shock....I know you will need to get the chain slide, and maybe somethin for the brake line? i can't remember id have to look...but I don't see it as an upgrade at all
