use your front brakes to stop quicker, and your rears to help slide...

Sit far back to get as much traction as you can whenever possible. On the holeshot, you should be sitting as far back as possible once you hit third (in most cases)

Dan, I want to come out there so bad!!! Just don't have a reliable form of transportation to go far with my trailer. Wish you all rented out quads, because i would be up there in a flash....

Well they said that they pretty much won't cancel unless it is the day of. We will know either saturday morning or friday night. Just keep checking the D-18 site or the MXP site or the State Parks site. Or call the park, hlr, or MXP... lol You gonna be out there?? If so, what class and what number?

I mean its been raining here on and off all day... Not real bad, but enough to keep the ground moist... No mud pits though. That track is so full of clay and its FRESHLY prepped and pack down so the rain should run right off of it until they get it all worked up for saturday.

don't ride above your ability to ride. Better to finish the race in second to last then crash out in second.

THats true... I am getting nervous, not gonna lie... Looks like they are going to re-schedule though... Massive storms rolling through Missouri today and tomorrow... Hell they are calling for rain all week....

Fail on MXP's part...... The track was great this morning, even though they cancelled the race... The sun is shining the ground is dry where i live.... Way to steal one of my throwouts MXP....
