there looks to be alot of grease ozing out of the sprocket side of the carrier, could this be making it slippery and move?

Maybe if the grease is on the outside of the carrier. I know even my 300ex with a cheap non-oring 20 dollar chain would stretch very fast. I had to tighten it about 3 times a ride.

yea the grease is on the outside, and its not the chain sctretching its the carrier moving cause when i tighten it its in one spot then when it moves i can see it in another spot. my other quad (300ex) has a cheap chain and bad bearings and it will stay tight for about a week and thats someone riding it everyday.

Alright then. I would take it apart and clean the outside of it see if that fixes it. If not some how its not getting tight enough.

good deal man. Is there anyway u could slip a thin piece of metal between the carrier and swingarm to pinch it enough so u can ride alil. Just an idea??

Bend some metal to make up for it and try that

Well I took the swingarm off today and tomarrow I'm going to see if I can hammer it back straight, I'm not to worried about ruining it cause I'm getting a new one anyways but its worth a try.
