Have any of u guys try to polish this. is it hard to take off and put on. thanks

It will rust if you polish it.

You would have to Clear copat it if you polished it. I woulnd;t recommend it. Just send it to PAP and have him pc it almost Chrome unless ya on the West Coast then send it to CHRIS....


Either way...Get it PCed. Last longer and look better.

300ex stems do not rust and i dont think thye would make 400es stems stell and 300ex alumium or whatever mine didnet rust and i had it done for about 6 months and it sat out in the rain

Clearly you havent "rolled" your bike stock stems are such crap i wouldent put in any other effort than bending it back with a sledge hammer.

i rolled mine about 20 times end over end down a hill never broke ne thing lol sept the handle barsa maby not 20 times but like 7

If it didn't rust then it had a clear coat on it. Because your stem is just like anyone elses, STEEL which rusts.. Aluminum doesn't rust but does Oxidize...
