Hey all,

Riding season is coming up here in OR and I was thinking about getting some haulers for my wife's stock 2007 400ex. How many paddles do you guys think a stock bike can run with?

Not real familiar with that paddle, but I would say 6 or less. It's real easy to over paddle that bike. Free bump.

Over 8 would be way to many IMO.

Her bike is stock and this is a very aggressive paddle. 8 would be too many.

U gotta think this is a girl riding. Not gonna weigh what a male does. But I guess to stay on the safe side get 6 paddles.

Deffinetly a 20in 6 paddle.

I run 21in 8 paddles in dirt drags, I do wanna move to a 10 paddle but that would be the limit for my bike with the mods I have.

I have to run 13/39 gearing to spin the 8 paddles enough to run with paddled 450s.

As a local guy, who's run the setup, I would suggest a 7 paddle. My 416 has 8's and it is perfect, but on a stock bike, 20x10x10 7 paddle's would be good IMO, plus you have room for upgrades without needing to spend another 400 on tires again.
