400ex for 4000 or under...

Allright guys one of my good friends is finaly moving up to a 400 ..Hes been saving money and now has around 4000.00 to spend....we live in Northern NJ......If anyone has one for 4000.00 or under..please post and let me know stuff about them Thanks.
