I set intake to .04 and exhaust to .05, once the cams broken in you can set it to stock.

once the cam is broken in you can or should put back to stock specs??? I was unaware of tightening up the valves to 04 and 05 to break the cam in (opps), but now should I go ahead and tighten them up or leave at .08 and .10??? I know the hotcams are notorious for the tick, but mine scares me every time I ride it (yes valves are adjusted correctly).

Tightening them up would probably take most of the tick away, but if thats to tight for the way I ride I will leave them like they are.

Hot cams need to be set to .05/.06 inches initially, once you got about 6 or so hours on it and its broken in you can put it back to stock.

Im not sure how your measuring them either, im measuring in inches not mm. mm would be .10 and .13 stock.

Gotcha, didn't even think about you posting in inches. I will leave well enough alone then
