I`m fixing up a LTR for a local kid, he just got it, and I have no history on the bike at all. But right now I`m not getting power to anything, the fuel pump won`t go and theres no power to the starter. The only thing turning on are the neutral and low fuel light. Even the head lights are no go (don`t know if the bulbs are good yet)

The front section of wiring is in good shape, but the batery and injector section are pretty hacked up.

I figured I would check on here before spending to much time (and the kids money) to look for the problem. I did check the fuse by the battery and they are good. Are there any other fuses? What would make the fuel pump and start button have no power? Could it be the roll over sensor or something (Don`t know exactly how that works on the LTR)

Any help would be great.

thanks

if the harness looks hacked up i would start there....there are no other fuses than the couple by the battery. the fan has its on fuse on the top of the radiator on the other side.....i wouldnt see why the lights would come on and everything else doesnt work unless the connections are no good...i do have a full harness if interested....$60+shipping

I didn`t get much of a chance to look at it yet. But if I can`t get it working quick i`ll just get the kid to buy a harness, so i`ll let you know. Can`t do much labour for $60.

thanks
