pace trailer question

I am looking at a 2002 7x14 pace enclosed trailer. I am thinking of buying it. But I am wondering about the tongue on it. It looks like it is a double stacked tongue. Does anyone know if they came factory like that or did someone rig it up like that. It looks factory but like I said, I just have never seen one like that before.

never seen them double stacked. Mines a 1996 and it comes right off the frame. Should be a 2 5/16 hook up. If they have a different size then they got creative. Just adds more weigh - you could have it put back to oem if ur concerned
