I have a 2007 400ex with a stock engine. Just got an HMF Competition series full system. Anyone here with this pipe on a stock motor have any jetting recommendations? The HMF site lists the recommended jetting as 1999-2009: Full System: 180/200 Keihin Hex. Figured if someone else already had this same setup running good they may have some good advice on where to start. I know my needle is not adjustable so if I am going to make needle adjustments I will need find an adjustable needle. Any advice on where or which needle I need? I'm not a total noob but I have not done carb work before. From what I’ve read it doesn’t look too hard.

Any help would be appreciated.

edit - I also have a Unifilter already installed and plan to open the airbox as well.

150-152 main, 2nd or 3rd needle clip, 2.75-3 turns out air/fuel screw.

Would be a good idea to change the pilot then and adjust the jetting slightly according to the chart.
