Gettin a slow response on another forum, quick question.

I don't want, but I NEED new rims on my truck, one rim is leaking, and they dont make them anymore. Will a wheel that fits on a 98 silverado also fit on an 05 avalanche? Are all Chevy 6 lugs the same pattern?

Thanks.

Depends if the 98's are 15's for sure won't fit and I don't think 16's will either than no I think you have to run 17's on that new of a vehicle because of the size of the rotors.

No, they wont fit. The bolt pattern is the same but the center bore hole on the old wheel is slightly smaller than the one on the new truck body truck. I had a set kicking around for a bit and we tried bolting them up to my dads 04 suburban will no luck. Sorry man

no they will not fit the breaks on 05 and new are bigger which require 17 inch or bigger rims...

to answer the question. if the wheels are 6 lug aftermarket then they will fit any 6 lug gm, toyota, or nissan.

if the 98 wheels are factory 16's the wheels will not work on any newer then 98 gm vehicles due to the rear disk brakes on the 99-up gm
