Anybody have any ideas or tricks on getting the bolts out of a arms that are stuck? They must be rusted to the metal sleves, I don't really want to use heat because the bushings are still good but I'm running out of options..

im sure you soaked them all ready in penetrating fluid. you might be able to make a press out of a big c clamp and some large sockets, have you tried the BFH, yet?

I think the c clamp and socket is a good idea

can you get a cutoff wheel in between the mount and the bushing and cut the bolt?

Or maybe take a grinder and grind off the head, then take a dremel and take enough of the bolt shaft off to slide it out of the mount. Then you could take a cutoff wheel and do a similar process to the nut side.

Or drill it out, but IMO the first two would be easier

I finally got it out yesterday. Had to use a air chisel and impact at the same time. I'll tell you what Sioux air tools have got to be the best there is. I have all snap on and there is no comparison between the two my dad brought over his Sioux stuff and knocked it right out I couldn't believe my eyes..

Make a press using sockets, either using a c-clamp or the vise. Find one that is snugg and press it threw into a bigger socket...
