im changing my axle bearings and when i took my axle out the bearing was in pieces and the out side part of the bearing is stuck. how do i get it out??

either a bearing puller or a chisel. then get the chisel on the side of it going through the carrier and pound it out.

is the other side out along with the sleeve?

If your carefull you can cut it out with a dremel then pop the other one out with a cold chisel.
