I found this over at 3wheeler.org my friend showed it to me. Direct from japan, it's pretty sick and i would love to get my hands on one.

not sure, it looks like it has a lot of room for more cooling capacity.

That's a factory honda 250r racing cylinder.No it's not powervalved.It was used on the factory 250r three wheelers.It is very rare.(that is the second one I have seen.The other one was on ebay.)

YES he is correct i have heard of these a few times ,but only seen 3 tho ,they were especially built for the Honda race teams during the day ..this is what i was told ..

Looks kinda like a old CR cylinder,Thats the first one I have ever seen.

Called a Mugen power cylinder. All the Mugen parts were [and still are] used by Factory Honda. They have car part as well. I know a guy whos got the Mugen cyl. on his R. his EXRiders name is trx250r87.

we have mugen parts on my moms civic lol she bought it that way. and not its not a ricer. doesnt ahve a big dumb wing phat rims and fart can or anyhtin like that lol
just a mugen tuned engine

it kinda seems like one of those historical finds that you just see layin in a barn some where, yet it is worth so much, i dont even have an r and i can feel the power just from lookin at that thing. Come on, its gotta be fast, its got japenese writing on it.:blah

Whats so special about it that everyone bows down to it? Seems to me Id rather have a powervalved cylinder.

Just the coolness factor of having a factory race clyinder. You don't exactly see thoose everyday.

exactly it isn't everyday that you see those and you want your machine to stand out from the rest, with that you'll definitely stand out.
