I started putting my engine back togeather last night.And with all the help i got from the fine folks on EXRiders and clymer it went pretty easy.THe hardest part was getting the oil ring in the cylinder,That took several tries.Got it almost back togeather.Enough to start it anyway.Fired up and spit a little but ran.So i cut it off and checked the oil.Added what needed to be added.Tried to start again and it wouldnt.I thought OH GREAT!messed with the air screw a little,no help,filter was a little dirty so i took it off,no help.Then flipped up to reserve and it fired right up.And Ran smooth .WHOOO HOOOO!Only ran it for 30-45 secs.Now i need to go do my 20 min breakin tonight.At the quad shop???:huh
