honda throttle on a yfz

I was told I can put a honda thump throttle on my yfz, and it would be more comfortable to operate. has any one does this? do you need a special cable? thanks Bill

I did it, its a 400ex throttle and I but it used with the cable, so I'm not sure what cable its off of but I think its a honda cable. Its a hell of a lot softer to push than the stock yfz throttle. Made a huge difference

I used to have one, it broke in a crash. Now I have one off of an LTR.

I put a 400ex thumb throttle and throttle cable on my 04yfz ...... fit perfect and was very easy swap.
