2 weeks til the first race. Time to start putting together my 2011 race quad. Here is what it looked like when I bought it last fall.

so i am just confused about why the first picture has a white frame and now its stock silver....:confused:
It looks sick in the first pic too. nice bike!

I like silver LOL. The frame had white paint over powdercoat when I bought the quad. I had everything blasted and PC'd. They had that silver in stock. I think it'll look good when everything is done.

i just assumed it was a different frame or something.
im sure it'll look good though. a nice metallic silver that stands out better then stock.

are you guys using the e-sticky website to get those designs? When i try to use the website it says no products are posted.

Got a few more things finished. Installed the lowered subframe, wiring harness, bars, some of the controls.

Getting closer. Installed PEP shocks, FMF 4.1 full system, Vortex CDI, carb, airbox, Rath swaybar, bumper, grab bar and nerfs.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question - those PEP front shocks, are they a shorter shock or do you just take all of the preload of them to lower the quad? Is the rear lowered with a different linkage only or also a shorter shock (or no preload)?
Where did u get them?

Where did u get them?

The fronts are 16" long. Thats what most people run on the Hondas for TT. The rear is a small body. I'm using a lowering link in addition to the shock right now to help get the ride height a little lower. Ibought the fronts on Ebay and the rear from a member on here.

How much did this all cost you? I am looking to build a mx race quad somewhat like this, How difficult was this? With this website will I get all the help I need?

I'm not sure what i have into it. I bought it as a MX quad and then sold off the stuff I didn't need. This is the 3rd rebuild I have done over the years so it wasn't that difficult. Yes, you should be able to get any help you need here.

The red/white/blue graphics are from Alba I believe. They guy I bought it from was sponsored by them at one time.
