The big thing is the valve seat and surface of that. Those are nasty marks but I'd say pop the valves and get some prussian blue and check the seats. If they got whacked measure the depth and compare to and oversized valve to see if you can machine out the nicks.

I would be more concerned about the valve seating then the inside of the head, just smooth out the hits with a die grinder and probably gonna have to punch the cylinder out 10-20 over.

You catch who did it or was it a lost screw/bolt? That's pretty rotten if it was intentional, Matt

ive got a few ideas on who did it, just sucks cuz they did the same thing to both my motors. thank god i got a 3rd for the race this weekend, idk why but they didnt do it to my race bike just my practice and girlfriends motors.
so basicly, smooth it out, check the seating of the valves, prob have to get bigger ones and go from there.

Might get lucky and didn't get the valve seat, that's the big thing. If it's a tiny little nick you might be able to lap the valves into the head to smooth it out. Karma comes around eventually and evens things out, if that helps! Take care
