I talked with Jeff about this awhile back. I believe that when they are on the other line, the fax machine will pick up automatically. Just keep trying.

ahh I see, they should change that. Guys that call out of state have to pay $$ if the machine answers.

LOL...here is the deal.....when I'm on line 1, you will get an answering machine with a woman's voice saying leave a message. When I have line 1 and 2 tied up, it transfers to the fax machine. I'm sorry but there isn't anything I can do about it.:(
