Bump up your pilot jet not your main. Your pilot circuit is the one supplying fuel on decel.

What pilot should I move to then?

Before you change out the pilot. Check your fuel mixture screw. Turn it out from in, about 2 1/2 to 3 turns. If that doesn't help, than bump a little larger pilot jet. I believe a 45 is stock.

^^^^^^^ yea, what he said. Turn it out a tad to see if that helps. The stock pilot is a 48, so you might have to jump to a 50 pilot if the fuel adjustment doesn't help. Side note: Bad header gasket will give the same effect(popping on decele).

If the quad is backfiring when you decel it might be the headpipe. Check the torque of the nuts on the studs where the pipe links to the head. The headpipe gasket may also be the problem. That is something i've ran into in the past.
