Powerband/bored size?

ok this kind of reflects back in to my big bore questions but generally speaking are 250cc-310cc motors built to rev higher than 330-370? and are big bores built to have the most hp about mid? so you dont vib as much? I understand you could make anything make power where you want it high low or mid. I talked with Chris about the FActory Kawi Roll team and he said that William was a " bubble" rider, he rode just under the power most the time so when he need it it was right there and it didnt vib as much, and when bill rode it was all throttle ( not saying hes a bad rider just different style) and thus caused him to be tired.

I wish there was a post where neil could just go through and post up all this stuff so we dont ask so many questions... I look on like ESR's site and its just ad crap and nothing to really say about when power is normally made.
