replacing stock clutch perch

hello honda land! what`d you guys do with the two wires coming off the OEM perch? are those the wires that keep you from starting in gear? if so I can just connect them and hide it right? Thank you

delete by going into edit at the bottom and clicking the check box at the top. :D
