Custom 2-stroke pipe and billet head?

Well, after a looooooooong go at making custom parts for my HRE project, I think it's going to take a wee bit longer because it is now officially a GASGAS motored project.

It has taken a while to get all the necessary parts together, but it's much closer.

The only things that are going to be troublesome are the pipe and head.

If anybody has info on custom 2-stroke pipe builders on the east side of the country, specifically near Ontario, western NY, Michigan, north west Ohio, or even as far as Chicago or northern Indiana, that info would be appreciated.

If anybody has any contacts or knows of a company that could produce a custom billet head like a pro-design that would be appreciated as well.

Yeah, I wanted to have a custom pipe done years ago when I had my 318cc stroker built.....I couldn't come up with anyone close to home either.....I did find some cool software that gave cone drawings that could be cut out and put together to build the pipe....here's what I have:

a good cnc machine shop should be able to make you a head to accept any of the diffferent size domes available. wouldn't be cheap though.

Thanks John, Jaws was the one I was thinking of but didn't know where I has saw it.

Most of the other places I know of, but it would be prohibitly expensive to send my chassis and motor and carb and tank and everything to get it to run to them.

Ottawa is far but doable.


- Troy - no pics yet, it'll be a while or until I get my pipe made that it will resemble anything besides a motor in a frame.

I like the power delivery of the gasgas and the quick change clutch and powervalve and hydro clutch. However I may save up for a Rekluse for it not sure on that.
