Although the buyer could technically purchase the EX lose a bunch of cash prize races and then have it dynoed to prove it wasn't teh advertised 15hp increase then file a lawsuit for false advertisement and sue for the quad price plus lost prize money.

i emailed the guy, and pretty much told him its easier to sell things if u dont LIE about it, lol. Man i love raising h#ll. and then he actually e-mailed me back and said, that the reason it has 15 extra HP is cuase he has the header pipe on it, lol. What a shmuck, LMAO
