Anyone good at working on riding mowers?

Threw a bearing on the actual blade belt system. Got a new on in today...this is how it mounts up. It doesn't look right to me, but then again i never really examined the old ones before...

Possible it changes when you engage the blades-I know my crapsmen ride on does.
