Sorry for wrong section but noone goes in the banshee section, anyways, a guy wants to trade a '99 banshee for my 04 400ex and it is bored .06 over. Should I not do it ? How many re-bores are left on it? thanks.

Those cylinders still have some life left in them. Stock cylinders can go to at least .100 over, .060 over is 65.50mm and Wiseco shows up to 66.50mm.

I rather buy a stock bike, you just never ever know wtf people do to stuff. Plus unless you can verify the size of the bore and can verify it was done right Id stay away.

Exactly what I was thinking. I'm looking for a bike that has just pipes and a degree advance but it seems kind of hard finding a stock bore banshee around here..

There is a real nice '00 banshee for 2800 that only has pipes and a 60 year old guys owns it but I need to sell the 400 first to have enough...

I have it on craigslist for 2250, seems like a fair price for around here I think?
