Ok, here I go.... I initially took a photo of the 04-05 stock wiring diagram and after looking thought the diagram I've gone and removed things I'm poretty sure I don't need but I'd really like it if some of you guy can check out the diagram and let me know if I should remove some more or put some back in? I really appriciate the help!!!

there are many ways to cut one this one is as much as i would go but some people have no fan, but I like the fan, if you dont want a fan you can get rid of the reg/rec, and condenser

Thanks man!!! I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I dont wanna spend 75 bux to have it done by someone else so Id just rather do it myself

I'd like to keep my fan, the thermo unit on my fan crapped out last year so I ran it direct to run all the time when the quad was running but it always ran very slow compared to other racers quads that ran like a jet motor Lol. Maybe it was because it wasnt in conjunction with the rectifier/regulartor? Any ideas

Any ideas yes keep the reg/rec and condenser, follow the first pic that I showed you, of course you can splice were ever you want,
i like to do it after connectors just in case I sell and want to put the key back in, but you get the idea! if you run into any problems let me know, I would be glade to help if needed, make sure all the greens are somehow comon to each other,

if you are running fan all the time, you can remove the green from fan to the cdi, and splice it to any green from the ground connector, this will eliminate any possible cdi issues with the fan
