Hey i'm getting my valves on my 400ex adjusted tonight. Will I need to do anything different than normal? Thanks-darren

I have heard you need to do a break-in any time the piston is out of the cylinder (regardless of whether it was replaced). With valve adjusting you are fine.

yup, that also goes if you remove the cam also, cause it has to be re-seated it's not goin to just fall back into place, but as everyone else said no breakin for valve adjustment
