Whats do you guys think is a nice 2 stroke bike with good enough suspension to freestyle with thats easy to mod to sit lower.

ps: im 5,5

i was thinking an older (02ish) cr125?
Lightweight, easy to work on, adjustable compression, and i can shave the seat.

pss im gonna put one of these on it. www.koubalink.com

i wouldn't recommend a lowering link for jumping. the cr125 is slightly taller than the cr250r. you can get a smaller rear wheel, cut seat, lower rear shock, and slide the front fork tubes down and it should be good. i do believe a few suspension companies shorten the suspension for....shorter riders:chinese:. damn, your 5'5?

Why not the lowering link? Make it less reliable? Ive heard really good things about them.

the pic didn't load for me. i just assumed it was one like on quads that are multiple piece. that link you mentioned is just as good as stock .:macho

an 18in rear wheel and a 20in front wheel will bring you down a .5in. the lowering link will be 1in, a cut seat would be 2-3in...which would be = to a 5'9.5 rider which will have your feet touching easily. i'd just cut the seat and put the link on and bring the forks up half? an inch and it should be good.

Is it a risk installing the link? It's one peice and as solid as stock? No?
