They are ITP Baja rims. The ring around the outside of the rim is for reinforcing to help prevent dings or dents to the lip of the rim. It is not a beadlock rim. I have them on my LTZ and they have held up fine.

Dude I thought you meant the rims that were at the top of the link you posted. I'm not sure about the rims on the bottom with the holeshots. Sorry, didn't realize it till you mentioned tires as well.

They may be Rock rims,ive seen then before and they have that same bolt pattern for the beadlock,not like hipers or anyhting itp,more spread apart and fewer bolts.
