i'd say he did a nice job... kinda wish i could read what the hell they were saying...

If you were gonna make a hybrid i dont know why you would just use a 250r walsh or leagers chassis... but each their own...

just dickin around here, i translated the first post:

hoping that everyone will understand my "Belgian"

The late arrival of the 2008 season is the envy of a new machine is reliable light was very powerful presentiment! The tone was set! A LTR 450 with a motorcycle engine CRF 450

The idea came to me after having seen the company make that project Xtremquad26

Before starting this topic a big thank you to:

- Bernard aka "BLC"
- My cousin "MANU"
- Xtremquad26
- And all the others lol

Throughout this topic you going to follow the change of the LTR, the program:

- Change engine
- Preparation chassis
- Fully equipped machine
- Everything must go well for her!

You start by buying a complete engine CRF 450 engine gave a new, yet it have a 480 kit

Buying a 2nd frame LTR to avoid monopolizing a complete machine

Cutting medium original rear shock lower bracket + engine and injection pump support

Original materials prepared LTR if good enough!

The tube that runs through everything I will use to attach the rear shock return

Small picture of my future carrier rear shock (validated by BLC)

This weekend we logically attack the front of the chassis with the manufacture of a single beam with bending larger than the original!

Today I am picking up the tubes for the realization of the single beam

Preparing the work area for Saturday morning! Missing is the frame on the operating table!

Tomorrow the first pictures of the transformation

That is all pictures of this Saturday, this event runs from 8:30 to 16:30 lol

We start by removing the central sheet

First haircut!

Once the tubes kept clear, clean, bending it installs the single beam

Its perhaps not the air yet, but here are the future medium triangle!

Shaping media, cut, dry!

Finished result, it already looks like something eh

Adjustment of the supports for the same distance a train home

Finally we had a better idea to adjust to the new formats, all measured with a caliper is ready to weld!

Top welds

Here is the photo finish of the final frame to a slight bending of 1cm was made summers, with a good general strengthening

Remains to make the engine mounts over rear shock bracket

Small inward shaft, ring is supported from home: http://www.destructionquad.com/ he really everything in stock, the axis will serve me for fixing engine

That has all your keyboard!

Really work gale tonight!

Quesque you think about these media? Correct or not correct?

Open to criticism! lol

Small purchase at time on ebay! Crf 450 cylinder origin all news

A can of taff program today:

- Cleaning of the old media shock
- Counterbore holes in the beam 22 to 25mm
- Preparation of the various parts in turn passed to the motor mounts

The next week if all goes well, the engine mounts + damper will be finished! Branch painting

That train already available BLC-made + 2.5 cm for the single-girder bridge and wider for the passage of shock gives way to the fox uniball

Always bend a train for a particular style but rather mostly his works! Again thank you to all these mods blc!
