please help!

05 kickstart 450r.top end just rebuilt,new piston,valves,big cam.It runs but when it gets hot it spudders.What can be the problem?

when you say big cam, are you sure there are no clearance issues?
need much more info,
did you perform a leak down test or compression test?

did you change plug to a different heat range?was there any issues before tear down?are you running the original electrical?did you check or replace timing chain? are you sure its on time? are you sure the valves are properly shimmed??is everthing new?
proper ring end gap?

you have left this question very vague for a good answer, as much info as you can give,
I just touched on a few of the possible problems, there are many other things that could cause a spudder, you have to give ALL details to really be able to help more.
when issues arise when its hot, it usually means something with the valves, how hot is it running?
and when you say spudder do you mean its bogging? or is it braking down?
