I live outside of butler. It was on the 11 o'clock news. Arrested 48 time for huffing, he is a pro! He looks like the tin man.

Of all the drugs in the world.. huffing paint?! Obviously not the most discrete drug to be addicted to. I wonder if its always silver paint or he switches it up. In that case his file would be very colorful.

I live just on the other side of the Ohio/Indiana border and didn't hear anything. But this is a classic!
