Does anyone run a Cr clutch in their r?
I have heard of people doing this. I have also heard of mixing fibers and plates. Also springs I have heard?
Just wondering because I had a brainstorm :D

you mean the cr lever? Thats very easy to do and they say it makes a easier pull. As for the plates....Cr is larger and won't fit. There is a mod out there, 250r fibers, 5 250r metal plates, one 400ex metal plate, cr500 springs and some kind of aluminum washer just before the bolt/hat holding the spring in(I think its a drain bolt washer). Esr is coming out w/ 8 plate clutch and quick change cover, hinson still has them around also(probably not the quick change cover).

Hinson sells a basket that uses CR125/CRF250 fibers and 250R steels. Its called the works basket. I have one and like it.

I nave one of those works baskets too but I have not installed it. What year CR125 plates did you use? I thought you had to use the CR125 steels too?
