well got a guys 575cc motor done and he wanted me to dyno it, theres definitely a few more ponies to b had!!! didnt have any bigger jets and she was lean at 15:1
specs are:
70.4mm crank
102mm bore
jc racing head +2 in/ex valves
48mm hsr carb
ds450 intake with bcs filter/adapter
megacycle x3 cam slightly modified
dasa exhaust
dyna ignition
so on top of it being lean i feel theres still more left here, i think trying some different intakes as well as some better cams would benefit. then on top of that mount the carb better as i used the stock carb boot and modified it to accept the 48mm carb, so it has a transition of 48mm to a little over 44mm within a 1/4...so if i cut the flange off and weld a new one on the head i can then open the head up to match the bigger carb, and i would like to see the squish cut in half as its only .065 right now!! so after this season a custom piston will be in order!
but this is what i had to work with so this is all i can do for now...lol
this dyno reads a stock 06 trx @ 33/22
end result: 72.10 hp 47.69 tq
