Break in period

Just bought a Ktm 450 sx and looking for insite on breaking the motor in. I rode this bike about 5 times for about 15 min. per ride at low to mid throttle,moving the rpms often. How many heat cycles should I do before changing the oil and filter? Also I was told by the dealer to break the bike in with conventional oil,then run full synthetic?? Should I change the oil and fiter now,use coventional oil and run it bit harder like up to 75% for a bit,then switch to synthetic? I dying to run this thing at full power,just don't want to hurt it. How long do I have to baby this thing?

Thanks man. Sounds to me that you should warm the bike up properly,run thru the R's....heavy acceloration and let the engine brake as well with conv. oil, change oil and filter almost right away...sounds like good sense to me.....right?
