I'm lookin at buying aftermarket a-arms. They are just stock size with grease zerks. I read on a site that you may have to do a lil grinding for the zerks when there fully compressed so they won't break off. Anyone run in this problem and could ya post a pic on your fix. I don't really understand on what the zerks are hitting. Thanks for the help.

What kind of arms are you looking at??
I run housers and have never heard that they give you the grease zerks then they give you set screws for them.
You put the grease zerks in grease them then take them out and put the little set screw in.

The grease zerks

And the set screws after you take the zerks out.

The zerks, if it has them hit the frame the of quad where the arms mount to. Ive seen it ground away before, its literally a 1/4 inch of grinding so the zerk will clear when your suspension fully compresses.

I've never really understood why people hack up their frame to clear zerks. It's a simple solution with a set screw.

To lazy to remove the set screw, install zerk, grease up and put the set screw back in?
