How do I adjust the float on the carb? Do I just bend that little tab up or down? It is a mikuni carb, don't know what size though. Here is a pic. Thanks, Travis

yea, that is all you do. I'm not real sure of the exact science to it, just want to keep the float bowl full, but not overflow. that is what I aim for with a trial/error method. Also, on that 16mm carb, those float needles with the rubber tips wear out, might need a new one of those if you are having issues.
