Hetrick pipe or Trinity pipe

Hey is anyone running any of these pipes? I am between the Hetrick pipe and the Trinity racing pipe. I know its just another pipe post but I haven't heard alot from any of these pipes. Right now I have an FMF powercore 4 slip-on that was on there when I bought it. In my opinion I'd wanna stick with an engine builders pipe. What do you guys think?

How loud is the Hetrick? I wanna find a pipe thats not overly loud and has a really good sound to it. I like loud but it hard when you just wanna putt around and everyone can still hear you a mile away! I wouldn't mind something a couple of db's lower than my fmf. My fmf's around 100db's

i don't think it's too loud. it's loud but it's got the nicest low grumble to it. i love mine.

I think both are decent. I do know that if you order a Trinity, be prepared for a waite. They ran into some problems as far as who would be making theyre headpipe. I heard that Graydon would be doing it though. I was going to order the stage IV, and jimmy at trinity told that it was on a long waite to get them made. I am happy with my Yoshi though.

Hetrick Pipe. That's the one that I'm getting to replace my e-series. Good pipe and great people to deal with.

I started to get the Trinity about 5 months ago and after about 2 months of waiting and a little more research I cancled my order and got the Hetrick delivered for less money in about five days. I am very happy with my choice after all of that as this pipe is awsome, it makes real good power all the way up the power band and it isn't really any louder than my old e-series. So I say go with the Hetrick for sure and make sure you tell them you heard about it here at EXRIDERS and you could get a real good deal.

ive seen and heard alot of pipes on 400ex's. dg, fmf, sparks, wb e series, wb r4, big gun, hetrick, and a few others. i would rate hetrick #1 and the R4 #2 on the coolest sounding pipes. the big gun, fmf and the big gun were just annoyingly loud. the others were decent but the hetrick and R4 gave the 400's an really agressive sound. i would say for performance i would go with a sparks or the hetrick. ive heard good things about both.

i talked to a guy at a race about the trinity and he didn't like it. it didn't mount up godd and floped around a little.

i believe the hetrick pipe makes better power than the sparks. i wouldn't waste my money on the sparks either. there atleast 500 dollars i think.

I called Hetrick's yesterday. They have 10 pipes coming in this week. The gal I talked with said that almost all are already spoken for. Good thing I got my name on the list earlier! :D

From all the research I did for a pipe I found that the Hetrick is easily as good as the Sparks and the sparks is certainly not worth the extra 100 to 150 bucks more they want for it.

Yes they are back. They did not get back until late Monday night. When I called yesterday Casey was not in yet, but was back.

I spent about 2 hours at Hetrick's last night. Felt like a kid in a candy store. I ordered my pipe and I believe there are like 50 pipes that are going to be in soon.

Yes they are back. I talked to Rich about my EX which I will be taking down tomorrow. He said the pipes are selling fast. So if you want one I'd call and order it.
