Looking at my local district page, district 13, when my son turns 4 next year and can race he will have to run the Limited Production 50cc class. Reading into the rules i see this.....
Stock Width, stock wheel offset, stock exhuast under 99db.
Now if i buy certain models DRR's or Cobra's the width is going to be WIDE. For me, my son rides a Polaris Scrambler 50 that has been MX'ed and has +2 a-arms on the front with aftermarket offset wheels and is still mo-narrow than the above mentioned stock models. Also he has aftermarket exhaust. Does this mean the only way he can run a race until he is 8 is to find a bone stock scrambler or get a Race version of the DRR or Cobra? That just dont make sense.
