What comes next with my 440?

Probably don't need anything else after that Maier gas tank cover....What an upgrade!!

But really, I would look into 450r carb, GTT Head Studs, CRF cam chain, Ported Heads, Valvework (+1, Angled) Hard Faced Rockers, Hinson Clutches....

You have just scratched the surface with boring your cylinder as much as you can...you need to accommodate for that with other mods...

personally, I'd go with suspension... you can have the fastest motor in the world and if you can't get it to the ground or ride it for more than 10 minutes because the bike beats the crap out of you its kind of worthless. good, well set up suspension is almost priceless imho! when you can ride fast enough that your 440 bore is what you really feel is holding you back, then i'd dive into more motor work.. JMO haha

Suspension suspension suspension!!!!! Then a carb, stock carb on a 440 is a waste of time and power. IMO

before you spend money on suspension i'd get something to keep that motor cool.

it's gonna run extremely hot with a 440 and no fan or oil cooler.
