FCR: New or used?

I found a 39 mm fcr carb for about half the price as new and he siad it was on his 400ex, it looks ok from the pics. How safe is it buying a used carb?

It's hit or miss when it comes to used... if you can review any feedback about the seller... other then that it's do it at your own risk...

I bought my 39mm fcr carb off ebay for around 100$. havent had a single problem with it yet. just check the feedback and ask all your questions on it before buying.
